3. Inspect:

• Valve seat

• Gasket

• Needle valve

NOTE:

Always replace the needle valve and valve seat

as a set.

4. Inspect:

• Starter plunger 

Wear/Contamination



Replace

5. Check:

• Free movement

Stick



Replace

Insert the throttle valve into the carburetor

body and check for free movement.

6. Inspect:

• Throttle stop screw

• Pilot air screw

• O-ring

Wear/Damage



Replace

7. Inspect:

• Jet needle

Bends/Wear



Replace

8. Inspect:

• Throttle valve

Wear/Damage



Replace

9. Check:

• Free movement

Stick



Replace

Insert the throttle valve into the carburetor

body, and check for free movement.
