Component Names & Functions
z Number buttons
These buttons are used to select drum kits, songs, and
training types. (pages 23, 25, 29)
You can use them to enter a tempo directly. (page 28)
In Menu Mode, they are used to select settings. (page
40)
Also in Menu Mode, you can use them to enter setting
values directly. (page 40)
x [KIT] button (page 23)
Use this button when you want to select a different drum
kit.
c [SONG] button (page 25)
Use this button when you want to select a different song.
v [ ] (metronome) button (page 27)
This button is used to start and stop the built-in metro-
nome.
In Training Mode, it is also used to start and stop train-
ing sessions.
b [] button
Using this button, you can start and stop songs. (page
25)
In Training Mode, it is also used to start and stop train-
ing sessions. (page 29)
n [ ] (Standby/On) button (page 20)
Use this button to turn the drum module on and off.
m [TRAINING] button (page 29)
This button is used to access Training Mode.
, [DRUM MUTE] button (page 25)
Using this button, you can mute and unmute drum parts
from a practice drum pattern.
. [TEMPO] buttons (page 28)
Use these buttons to increase or decrease the tempo in
steps of one BPM.
*: In Menu Mode, the [TEMPO] buttons can also be used to
increase or decrease settings.
0 [VOLUME] buttons (page 19)
These buttons are used to adjust the overall volume of
the drum module. Press the [VOLUME+] button to
increase it and the [VOLUME–] button to decrease it.
