No sound except from the Front
Speakers.
1 You are listening to STEREO sound.
Press STEREO and make sure sound field
effect is on.
2 You are playing a source such as Dolby
Surround, Dolby Digital or DTS that doesn’t
contain a special effect signal.
Select another DSP Program.
3 A digital audio sampling frequency over 48
kHz is input.
A digital audio sampling frequency over 48
kHz only outputs from the Front Speakers.
No sound from the Center Speaker.
1 You turned off the Center Speaker volume
level.
Turn up the Center Speaker volume. See
page 60.
2 You set “* CENTER” in the SET MENU to
“NON”.
Set the Center Speaker correctly. See page
63.
3 You have selected a DSP Program from the
Music group (excluding 5ch Stereo).
Select another DSP Program. See pages 16

4 Dolby Digital and DTS sources do not
contain a center channel signal.

plays a 2-channel source.

low tone signal (below 90 Hz).
