This multimeter’s features include volt, ohm, amp, continuity

and diode tests, rpm measurements with the provided

inductive pickup, minimum/maximum/average recording of

measurements, frequency and duty cycle measurements,

low-ohms function, millisecond pulse width measurements,

and smoothing (shows an averaged reading of measurements

which fluctuate such as rpm). Included accessories: holster,

YU-45826 Optimate PRO 8

Dealers can recover, charge and test up to eight batteries

simultaneously with the Optimate PRO 8. The unit is

intended for all types of 12 Volt batteries, including lead-acid,

sealed and gel cell batteries. Battery status monitors are

included at all eight stations, with a special automatic

recovery mode for batteries as deeply-discharged as two

volts. The PRO 8 also has automatic protection against

short-circuits and reverse-polarity connections. Batteries are

charged at 1.2 Amp constant-current charge, with a float

charge when complete to keep the batteries at full capacity.

An optional wall mount is also available to save bench space.
