Specifying a Range of Measures and Playing them Back Repeatedly
(A-B Repeat)
1 Select a Song (steps 1 – 4 on page 62).
2 Press the [SONG FUNCTION] button to call up the “Song Function” window.
3 Press the SONG CONTROL [R/K] (Play/Pause) button to start playback.
4 Specify the repeat range.
Press the [8] (A B) button at the starting point (A) of the range to be repeated.
Press the [8] (A B) button again at the ending point (B). After an automatic
metronome lead-in (to help guide you into the phrase), the range from Point A to
Point B is played back repeatedly.
5 To stop playback, press the SONG CONTROL [J] (Stop) button.
The Song position returns to Point A and pressing the [R/K] (Play/Pause) button lets you start from that point.
After you’ve finished practicing, press the [8] (A B) button to turn off Repeat playback.

NOTE
• Specifying only Point A
results in repeat playback
between Point A and the end
of the Song.
• When you want to repeat
from the top of the Song to a
specified point in the middle:
1. Press the [8] (A B) button,
and then start Song
playback.
2. Press the [8] button again
at the ending point (B).

Specifying the repeat range while Songs are stopped
1. Fast-forward the Song to Point A by using the SONG CONTROL [RR] (Fast forward) button, and then press
the [8] (A B) button.
2. Fast-forward the Song to Point B, and then press the [8] button again.
