Make sure to use the USB power cable that was included with this product. When putting the earphones on, use the eartips that keep out ambient sounds as much as possible while the music is stopped. Eartip NOTE 5 sizes of eartips are included with this product. When NOISE CANCELLING is enabled, the ADVANCED ANC feature built into this product reduces outside noise while maintaining the quality of sound playback.

You can set the time it takes for the power to turn off after no connection has been received. Use the Headphones Controller app to make these settings.
