Playing with Styles—Operations While Performing
3 Press the CHORD LOOPER [ON/OFF] button to stop recording
and start loop playback of the chord sequence.
Recording stops, and the [ON/OFF] button flashes in orange and loop playback
standby is entered.
On the next measure of the Style, the [ON/OFF] button lights in orange, and the
chord sequence recorded in step 2 will be played back in loop.
4 Press the CHORD LOOPER [ON/OFF] button to stop loop play-
back.
The playback of the chord sequence is stopped, and the Style will return to normal
playback.
While the chord sequence is played
back, the [ACMP] button flashes, chord
input from the keyboard is disabled,
and the entire keyboard is only used for
performance.
NOTE
The [ON/OFF] button lights in blue to
indicate the chord sequence has
been recorded and loop playback
stops.
Pressing the [ON/OFF] button
restarts loop playback of the chord
sequence recorded on steps 1–3.
NOTE
Advanced features of the Chord Looper function
You can start recording the chord sequence when Style playback is stopped, using SYNC START.
Also, you can save recorded chord sequences from the display called up via [MENU] [Chord Looper].
Up to eight chord sequences can be memorized.
You can save each chord sequence as a file individually for future recall.
