NAMES OF PARTS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS
1 Play/shuffle/repeat indicator
Displays the playback mode ( P. 7, 9).
b Remote control signal receiver
c Clock indicator
Shows the clock hour hand ( P. 5).
d Source indicator
Shows selected source. (The DAB indicator is only displayed
on the ISX-803D.)
e Bluetooth indicator
Turns on if this unit is connecting via Bluet ooth ( P. 10, 12).
f Sleep indicator
Turns on if the sleep timer has been set ( P. 21).
g Alarm indicator
Turns on if the alarm has been set ( P. 17 ) .
The Weekly Alarm indicator ( ) also turns on if Weekly
Alarm has been set.
h Multi-function indicator
Displays various information, including the clock time, track
number being played or FM station.
i Illumination sensor
Detects ambient lighting. Do not cover this sensor.
a ALARM TYPE
Switches the alarm type ( P. 18).
b CLOCK
Switches the type of clock display or allows the time to be set
( P. 5 ).
c DIMMER
Adjusts the brightness of the front panel display ( P. 21).
d AUX
Connects an external device.
e DAB/FM antenna terminal (ISX-803D)/
FM antenna terminal (ISX-803)
Connects the supplied DAB/FM antenna or an outdoor antenna.
Notes
The antenna should be stretched out. If radio reception is poor, change
the height, direction, or placement of the antenna.
If you use a commercially available outdoor antenna instead of the
supplied DAB/FM antenna, reception may be better.
f Terminal cover
Remove the terminal cover before connecting external devices
to AUX, and/or connecting the DAB/FM antenna to antenna
terminal.
