• cam operation

Repair

4. Install:

• primary sheave assembly 

• collar 

5. Install:

• v-belt

NOTE:

The v-belt should be installed with the arrow

facing towards the front.

6. Install:

• shim 

• primary fixed sheave 

• special washer 

• one-way clutch 

• conical spring washer 

•nut 

7. Tighten:

• nut  (primary sheave)

NOTE:

When the nut is tightened (primary sheave),

support the magnetic flywheel using the engi-

ne wheel support tool .
