CONNECTIONS
The MCX-CA15 features three different operation modes for user flexibility. Before using the MCX-CA15,
you must set the operation mode to either "A", "B" or "C" depending on your system configuration.
CAUTION
Be sure to set the operation mode before connecting the MCX-CA15 to a live power source.

if
you want
to
use the MCX-CAI5 as an amplifier for a system
Bmode
other than the MusicCAST system and you also want to automatically turn on the

MCX-CAI5 or switch it to sleep mode using the input level sensing function*.
Use this mode
if
you want
to
use the MCX-CAI5
as
an amplifier for a system
Cmode
other than the MusicCAST system and you do not want to use the input level

sensing function*.

To
switch the operation mode
You
can switch between the three available
operation modes using the MODE switch located
inside the front panel
of
the MCX-CA15.
CAUTION
After switching the operation mode, be sure
to press RESET.
1 Remove the front panel of the
MCX-CA15 by lifting towards you gently.

2 Slide the MODE switch to the left or
right to set the operation mode you want
to use, then press RESET.

3 Replace the front panel by pressing it
gently onto the main body of the unit
until it clicks into place.

To

You
