Turnthemicrophoneovertofindthetabontheback.Pullthistabtowardsthe
centertoreleasethebaerydoor.
Oncethebaerydoorhasbeenremoved,placetheprovidedbaeriesintothe
compartmentsasshownontheprintinthecavity .
Replacethedooroncethebaeriesareinserted.
WearableMicrophone,XLRandTA4adapters
Turnthemicrophonesoitsbackisfacingyou,andremovethebaery
compartmentdoorfromtheboombypushingittowardstheback.
Slidetheprovidedbaeryintothecompartment,makingsurethetabisfacing
outtoensurecorrectplacement.
Replacethedooroncethebaeryisseatedcorrectly.
ChargeMicrophones
Placethemicrophonesinthechargersothatthechargingconnectorsofthemicrophone
andtheconnectorsinthechargerarelinedup.Magnetsinthemicrophoneandcharger
willhelpposionthemicrophonescorrectlyandholdtheminplace.
TheLEDsontheMicrophoneswillturnyellow,andthensolidred,toshowthatthebaeriesare
ch
arging.Oncethebaeriesinthemicrophonearefullycharged,theLEDswillturngreen.
Allowthebaeriestochargefullybeforeusingthemicrophonesforthefirstme.
PairingofMicrophones
Beforeusingthewirelessmicrophones,theyneedtobepairedtoanElitesystem.Pleaseensure
thatthemicrophoneisinrangeoftheRemoteAntennaoftheElitesystemwhilepairing.
Tostartp airing,themicrophonemustbeoff.IftheLEDsonthemicrophoneareblinking,holda
fingeronthetouchareaormutebuonofthemicrophoneunltheLEDsturnsolidred.Release
thetouchareaormutebuonandthemicrophonewillturnoff.
Nextplacethechannelyouwanttopairthemicrophonetointopairingmode.Thiscaneitherbe
donefromthefrontpanelofth
eElitesystembygoingtoMainMenu>
MicrophoneManagementorbyusingthelocalwebUIoftheEliteBaseDSP.
FromtheMicrophoneManagementMenuonthefrontpanel,selectthepairallwizardoraspecificmicrophone
channeltoputintopairingmo
de.FromthelocalwebUIeitherusethepairingwizardofferedduringstart‐upor
selectthepairbuonofachannelinthe“Monitor”or“MicrophoneAudio”pages.
Similarlythemicrophoneneedstobeputintopairingmode.Holdafingeronthetouchareaormutebuonofthe
pow
eredoffmicrophone.Thelightwillgosolidgreen,thensolidred.Releasethemutebuonortoucharea,the
microphoneisnowinparingmode.
Oncepairingissuccessful,themicrophonewillstartblinkingeitherredorgreen,basedonthemutestateofthe
mi
crophoneatstart‐up.Dependingontheinterfacethatwasusedforpairing,thefrontpanelorwebinterfaceof
theBaseDSPwillshowasuccessmessage.
IfthepairingfailedandthemicrophoneLEDsareblinkinggreen‐red‐green,turnoffthemicrophoneandtrypairing
