Buttons/Knobs Functions
[SF1] EQ Assigns a four-band EQ parameter in the
selected channel to a knob on the MOTIF XS.
This operation is shown in the EQ section in the
DAW Project window.
Knobs 1 – 8 Edits each of the parameters.
Buttons Functions
[SF2] Inserts Assigns the settings related to the Inserted
Effect in the selected channel to the knobs on
the MOTIF XS. This operation is shown in the
Insert windows differently according to Effect
type. The Insert windows can be displayed by
selecting the Effect types in the Insert section in
the DAW Project window.
Knobs Functions
Knob 1 Changes the Slot Number.
Knob 2 Turns the Effects assigned to the selected Slot
on or off. However, this function may not be
available, depending on the effect type.
Knob 3 Selects an Effect Type assigned to the selected
Slot.

Knobs 1 – 8 Edits each of the selected Effect parameters.
