8. Troubleshooting
No Wi-Fi available
Possible cause
Wi-Fi is turned off.
The smart device is not connected to a Wi-Fi access point.
Action
Refer to Setting Up (page 6) and Section 3.2 iOS Device.
If the connection is periodically lost:
You should also ensure that the IP addresses of the router and
DNS have been set.
Failed to establish connection
Possible cause
Incorrect network settings on the smart device.
MTX processor is turned off.
Already connected to a different smart device.
Action
