Marching Snare Drums

Marching Toms
• 7-ply 6 -8" and 6-ply 10 -14" maple shells constructed using the
Y
amaha Air-Seal System™
• Aluminum reinforcement rings provide a stable tuning platform (8" -14" toms)
• Unique to Yamaha “X-deep cut” is now standard allowing for increased
tone and resonance
• Time-tested 45-degree bearing edge provides articulate projection
• Black stain inner shell finish for all Forest colors completes a totally
finished appearance
• 2.3mm thick, steel Ultra-Hoop™, specially designed by Yamaha, protects
the bearing edge
• Light, die-cast aluminum lugs with a unique arch-shaped center, an original
Yamaha design, decreases surface-to-surface contact between the shell
and lug, permitting the shell to vibrate freely

and low-range projection that creates a warm resonant tone
• Graduated air holes improve sustain and player feel
• Time-tested 45 degree bearing edge provides articulate projection
• Hardware performance upgrade ensures easy tuning throughout competitive
tuning ranges
• Maple hoops ensure stable tuning and provide natural bass drum tone
• Light, die-cast aluminum lugs with a unique arch-shaped center, an original Yamaha
design, decreases surface-to-surface contact between the shell and lug, permitting
the shell to vibrate freely
• Claw hook design reduces the stress on the tuning bolt under high-tension situations
to ensure greater tuning stability, easy turning and less damage to the hoop
Available in ten different sizes from 14" to 32"
