8. Troubleshooting
No Wi-Fi available
Possible cause
• Wi-Fi is turned off.
• The smart device is not connected to a Wi-Fi access point.
Action
Refer to Setting Up (page 6) and Section 3.2 iOS Device.
• If the connection is periodically lost:
You should also ensure that the IP addresses of the router and
DNS have been set.
Failed to establish connection
Possible cause
• Incorrect network settings on the smart device.
• MTX processor is turned off.
• Already connected to a different smart device.
