GM will be received.

the default value.
However this message will not be received in any of the
following cases.
• MU128 System Parameter (see table 2-2) Rcv GM
EXCLUSIVE MESSAGE= OFF
Since approximately 50[ms] is required in order to process
this message, be sure to allow an appropriate interval before
sending the next message.
