問題 原因 處理方法
Bluetooth 組件不支援 Advanced Audio Distribution
Profile (A2DP)。
使用支援 A2DP 的 Bluetooth 組件。
Bluetooth 轉接器之類的組件的密碼不是 “0000”。 使用密碼為 “0000” 的 Bluetooth 組件。
本機與 Bluetooth 組件相距太遠。 將 Bluetooth 組件移動靠近本機。
以 2.4 GHz 頻率波段(微波爐、無線網路裝置等)操作的
裝置干擾無線通訊。
將本機和 Bluetooth 組件遠離該裝置。如果無線 LAN 路
由器支援 5 GHz 頻率波段，將網路裝置連接到使用 5
GHz 頻率波段的網路。
本機已經連接至另外的 Bluetooth 組件。 終止目前的 Bluetooth 連接，然後與新組件連接。
無法將本機連接至Bluetooth 組件。
本機的 Bluetooth 功能取消。 啟用本機的
Bluetooth
功能
