Disc
USB devices
No sound is produced, or the sound is
interrupted during playback.
The volume of the Bluetooth device is set too low. Turn up the volume of the Bluetooth device.
The Bluetooth device is not set to send Bluetooth audio signals to the unit.
Switch the output of Bluetooth audio signals of the Bluetooth device to the
unit.
The Bluetooth connection of the unit with the device has terminated. Perform Bluetooth connection operations again (& P.25).
There is a device (microwave oven, wireless LAN, etc.) that outputs signals
in the 2.4 GHz frequency band nearby.
Move this unit away from the device that is emitting radio-frequency
signals.
This unit and the Bluetooth device are too far apart. Move the Bluetooth device to within 10 m (33 ft) of the unit.
The Bluetooth function of the device is turned off. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the device.
The

Check that the Bluetooth function of the Bluetooth device is set properly.

Playback does not start after a disc is
inserted.
Some button operations do not work.
The disc inserted in the unit may not be supported. Use a disc supported by the unit (& P.52).
Playback does not start (or stops
immediately) after pressing on
the unit or on the remote control.
The disc may be dirty. Wipe the disc clean (& P.52).
The disc inserted in the unit may not be supported. Use a disc supported by the unit (& P.52).
If the unit was moved from a cold to warm place, condensation may have
formed on the disc reading lens.
Wait for an hour or two until the unit adjusts to the room temperature, and
try again.

The unit does not detect the USB device.
The USB device is not connected to the USB jack securely.
Turn off the unit, reconnect your USB device, and turn the unit on again
(& P.24).
A USB device in a format other than FAT16/32 format is used. Use a USB device with FAT16 or FAT32 format.
Folders and files in the USB device cannot
be viewed.
The data in the USB device is protected by encryption. Use a USB device without an encryption function.
