NUMERIC PAD Section
Overview
This section is for inputting various parameters by the
[Input keys] — which include [0] – [9], [ENTER], [NEXT +],
etc. The input parameter changes depending on the
selected [Input keys] mode, all of which are listed below.
The buttons used for selecting the respective modes are
indicated in parentheses.
• Locate mode ([LOCATE])
• Marker mode ([MARKER])
• Parameter mode ([PARAM])
• DAW mode ([DAW])
• Wheel mode ([WHEEL])
• Set mode ([SET])
For details on a particular mode or function, refer to the
description of the corresponding button for operating the
function and selecting the mode.
Controls and Functions
1 [LOCATE]
Sets the [Input keys] mode to Locate. In the Locate mode,
you can set the Project Cursor position by using the [Input
keys]. The time format of the Project Cursor position
changes depending on the Nuendo configuration.
The Locate mode has the following three functions.
• Locate function (page 16)
• Subtraction function (page 17)
• Addition function (page 17)
Locate Function
In the Locate function, you can set the Project Cursor
position by inputting the desired number. When you press
any one of the buttons [0] – [9], []/[], [BACK SPACE],
[CLEAR], [CYCLE .], and [ENTER] in the Locate mode,
the pop-up window for the Locate function is shown on the
[Multi function display].
1 Current Position
Displays the current Project Cursor position.
