■ Installation of USB drivers The installation procedure is variable depending on OS. After “Common operations” below, follow the installation procedure for your OS. • You may need the CD-ROM of the OS running on your computer to install the device drivers. TROUBLESHOOTING If the problem you are experiencing is not listed below, set this unit to off, disconnect the power, and contact the nearest authorized Yamaha dealer or service center. General Problem Cause Remedy No sound. The connection between this unit and the portable audio player or computer is not collect or securely. Connect securely. The volume is set to the minimum.
