Saving Your Favorite Settings (Registration Memory)
The Registration Memory function allows you
to save (or “register”) panel settings such as
Voices and Styles to a Registration Memory
button, and then instantly recall your custom
panel settings by simply pressing a single but-
ton. The registered settings for four Registra-
tion Memory buttons make one Bank, and you
can register up to eight Banks.

Make the desired settings, such as those
for Voice, Style, and Groove.

Press the [BANK/MEMORY] button to
select a Bank number (1 to 8).
The Registration Memory number, to which set-
tings are saved, lights.

While holding down the [BANK/MEM-
ORY] button, press the desired button,
[1] to [4].
“MemOK” appears on the display, and the Regis-
tration Memory number flashes. When the setting
is saved, the Registration Memory number lights
up.
At the time of purchase, setting examples are registered in Banks 1 to 8.
Up to 32 settings (eight banks of four each)
can be memorized.

NOTE
Saving Panel Settings to the
Registration Memory
Data cannot be saved to Registration Memory during Song
playback.
If you select a Registration Memory number that already
contains data, the previous data is deleted and overwrit-
ten by the new data.

Style settings: Style number, ACMP on/off, Style vol-
ume, Track on/off, Main section A/B, Tempo, Fingering
type, Smart chord key
Groove settings: Groove number, Groove volume,
Section, Track on/off, Tempo
Voice settings
Main Voice settings: Voice number and all settings
of the related Functions (page 62)
Dual Voice settings: Dual on/off and all settings of
the related Functions
Split Voice settings: Split on/off and all settings of
the related Functions
Effect settings: Reverb Type, Chorus Type, Motion
Effect Type
Harmony/Arpeggio settings: Harmony/Arpeggio on/
off and all settings of the related Functions
DSP:
DSP2 on/off, DSP1/2 type, DSP2 effect target
part, and parameter values of Knobs A/B
Other settings:
Transpose, Pitch Bend Range, Knob
Assign, Split Point, Scale Tune, Sampling Pad Volume,
Pedal Function
Samples of the Quick Sampling function (page 42) are not
saved in the Registration Memory.
