This section covers the general settings that affect the entire instrument, as well as detailed settings for specific
functions. It also explains data reset functions and storage media control, such as disk formatting.
The operation display can be called up via [MENU] [Utility].
Speaker/Connectivity (PSR-SX900), Speaker (PSR-SX700)
Speaker Determines how the sound is output to the speaker of this instrument.
Headphone Switch: Speaker sounds normally, but is cut off when headphones are inserted
to the [PHONES] jack.
On: Speaker sound is always on.
Off: Speaker sound is off. You can only hear the instrument sound via the headphones or an
external device connected to the AUX OUT jacks.
Display Out
(PSR-SX900)
Content
Determines the output contents via a USB display adaptor when it is connected.
Lyrics/Text: Only the Song lyrics or text files (whichever you used last time) are output,
regardless of the display currently shown on the instrument.
Mirroring: The display currently shown on the instrument is output.
The instrument does not necessarily support all commercially available USB display adaptors. For a list of compat-
