The device is connected to a different
subnet from the computer due to DANTE
DOMAIN MANAGER, etc.
Connect the device and the computer to
the same subnet.
Update failed.
The device to be updated is locked by
Dante Device Lock.
Unlock the Dante Device Lock of the
device.

Refer to “Messages” to solve the
problem.
The [Select] button is
occasionally grayed-out and
you cannot select the
firmware.
A network interface for Dante is not
configured correctly.
Select your network interface in the
Configure Dante Interfaces dialog from
Dante Controller,, and make sure that the
devices are shown in Dante Controller.
