Trouble shooting
• Is the Ethernet cable broken?
Replace with an Ethernet cable which can
communicate properly.
• Are the network settings configured
correctly?
Check your computer settings (page 4).
• Is there any resident security software
installed?
If the firewall function of anti-virus or security
software is enabled, the communication may
not be established properly.
• Is the HY144-D-SRC to be updated is locked
by Dante Device Lock?
Unlock the Dante Device Lock function of the
HY144-D-SRC using Dante Controller.
