When you select a network source as the input source, you
can register the current playback song or streaming station
as a preset. You can program up to 40 such presets.
You can then easily recall any preset song/station by
selecting its preset number.
The following input sources can be set as presets.
Server, Net Radio, Bluetooth and streaming services.
Note
Only the input source will be registered for “Bluetooth”.
Individual songs cannot be registered.
Using the MusicCast CONTROLLER app (p. 19) enables you
to register contents (songs, radio broadcast stations) and listen
to them.
When you register music files stored on a PC/NAS, this unit
memorizes the relative position of the music files in the folder.
If you have added or deleted any music files to or from the
folder, this unit may not recall the music file correctly. In such
cases, register the items again.
Registering to a preset
1 Playback a song or streaming station you
want to register.
2 Hold down MEMORY for more than 3
seconds.
The first time you register a song/station, you will be
prompted to register the selected song/station to
preset number “01”. You will be also prompted to
register each additional song/station you select to the
next available preset number.
Note
To select a preset number for registering, press PRESET j / i or
the cursor keys (W/X).
3 Press MEMORY again to register preset.
Note
To cancel registration, press RETURN.
Recalling a preset
1 Select NET or BLUETOOTH as the input
source.
2 Press PRESET
j
/
i
to select a preset
number.
3 Press ENTER to recall preset.
Note
A few seconds after you select the preset number, playback of
the selected preset will start.
To cancel recalling preset, press RETURN.
Clearing a preset
1 Select NET or BLUETOOTH as the input
source.
2 Press PRESET
j
/
i
to select a preset
number.
3 Press CLEAR to clear the preset.
If the preset station is cleared, “Empty” appears.
