Über diese Buchse können Sie den Synthesizer von einem externen MIDI-Gerät aus ansteuern. Die Buchse MIDI OUT sendet vom Synthesizer erzeugte MIDINachrichten, beispielsweise auf dem Keyboard gespielte Noten oder Fader/Reglerbewegungen an einen externen MIDI-Klangerzeuger oder Gerät.
In diesem Abschnitt erfahren Sie, wie Sie den Synthesizer an eine Spannungsquelle, Audio- und MIDI-Geräte und ein Computersystem anschließen. Grundlagen Anschluß an ein Mischpult Wenn Sie den S03 in ein größeres System mit weiteren Instrumenten und zusätzlichen Möglichkeiten der Audiobearbeitung integrieren möchten, schließen Sie ihn an ein Mischpult und an einen Verstärker mit Stereolautsprechern an, wie unten gezeigt.
MIDI IN HOST SELECT MIDI OUT PC-2 Mac MIDI OFF Externer MIDI-Sequencer MIDI IN Anschließen an einen Computer Sie können den S03 mit Hilfe eines angeschlossenen Computers über MIDI steuern und Daten zwischen S03 und dem Computer austauschen. Das mitgelieferte Voice Editor-Programm erlaubt Ihnen zum Beispiel, die Voices des Synthesizers zu bearbeiten.
Grundlagen Controller („Spielhilfen“) anschließen 2: MIDI-Schnittstelle nach MIDI IN und -OUT Verwendung der MIDI-Schnittstelle des Computers Der S03 besitzt Controller-Buchsen auf der Rückseite, einschließlich der Buchsen FOOT SWITCH und FOOT CONTROLLER. Mit dem Fußschalter FC4 oder FC5, dem Fußregler FC7 und einem Breath-Controller wie dem BC3 (alle als Sonderzubehör erhältlich) können Sie über diese Anschlüsse die Klangfarbe, die Lautstärke, die Tonhöhe und andere Parameter steuern.
Einschalten des S03 Um mögliche Schäden an den Lautsprechern oder anderen elektronischen Geräten zu vermeiden, sollten Sie den S03 immer einschalten, bevor Sie Ihre Aktivlautsprecher oder Mischpult/Verstärker einschalten. Ebenfalls sollten Sie den S03 erst dann ausschalten, wenn Ihre Aktivlautsprecher bzw. Mischpult und Verstärker ausgeschaltet sind.
Grundlagen Demowiedergabe Der S03 enthält viele Demo-Songs, die seinen dynamischen Klang und die fortschrittlichen Funktionen des Instruments vorführen. Überzeugen Sie sich, daß Ihr Synthesizer spielbereit ist. Einzelheiten hierzu finden Sie im Abschnitt „Vor der Benutzung“ auf Seite 11. Grundlagen Über den Klangerzeuger Der Tongenerator des S03 verwendet das hoch entwickelte Tonerzeugungssystem AWM2. AWM2 (Advanced Wave Memory 2) ist ein Synthesesystem auf der Grundlage vorgefertigter Wellenformmuster (Samples), das in zahlreichen Yamaha-Synthesizern verwendet wird. Für besonders realistischen Klang benutzt jede AWM2-Voice mehrere Samples der Wellenform eines wirklichen Instruments.

Grundlagen Parametertabelle Die Zahlen in jeder Spalte zeigen die Display-PAGE (Display-Seite) an, die dem Parameter links entspricht (mit Ausnahme der Spalte ganz rechts, die die zugehörige Seite in der Anleitung angibt). Sie können beispielsweise sehen, daß der Parameter Reverb Send auf drei verschiedenen Display-Seiten zu finden ist: PAGE 22 im „Multi Part Edit“, PAGE 11 im „Normal Voice Common Edit“ und PAGE 9 im „Drum Voice Key Edit“.

Grundlagen Multis Ein Multi besteht aus bis zu 16 Parts, jeder Part kann eine normale Voice oder eine Schlagzeug-Voice (Drum Voice) spielen. Durch Zuweisung verschiedener Voices und MIDI-Kanäle zu jedem Part, und durch Einsatz eines Sequenzers oder Computers für die Song-Wiedergabe können Sie ein komplettes „Orchester“ mit bis zu 16 unabhängigen Instrumentklängen erzeugen. Sie können Multis auch auf der Tastatur spielen.
Eine Voice ist der Klang eines einzelnen Instruments, der aus der Auswahl der „Elements“ und der Einstellung verschiedenster Parameter entsteht. Im Voice-Play-Modus können Sie eine beliebige dieser Voices auswählen und spielen. Im Multi-Play-Modus weisen Sie je eine Voice einem anderen Part zu und benutzen einen externen Sequenzer für die gleichzeitige Wiedergabe der verschiedenen Voices. Die Voices sind im internen Speicher (PRESET, USER, GM/XG) gespeichert.
Grundlagen Ein Überblick über Voices und Wellenformen Jede Voice besteht aus bis zu vier Elementen. Jedes Element verwendet hochwertige Wellenformen (Samples) von Instrumenten oder anderen Klängen. Insgesamt 453 Wellenformen hoher Qualität sind im Instrument gespeichert.
Grundlagen Grundfunktionen In diesem Abschnitt lernen Sie die wichtigsten Funktionen des S03 kennen. Auswählen einer Betriebsart Play-Modi Es gibt mehrere Bedienungsmodi Voice-Play-Modus, Multi-Play-Modus etc. die Ihnen ermöglichen, die vielfältigen Funktionen des Synthesizers sinnvoll einzusetzen. Drücken Sie die [MULTI]-Taste (die LED leuchtet), um in den Multi-Play-Modus zu schalten. Wenn Sie von dort in einen anderen Modus schalten möchten, drücken Sie einfach die zugehörige Modus-Taste.

Sie können den gewünschten Job-Modus auswählen, wenn die zugehörige Play-Modus-Lampe ([MULTI] oder [VOICE]) leuchtet. 4 Multi-Job-Modus (Seite 67) Drücken Sie im Voice-Play-Modus die [JOB]-Taste. Wenn Sie von dort in einen anderen Modus schalten möchten, drücken Sie einfach die zugehörige ModusTaste.
Grundlagen Auswählen einer Anzeige [E]/[F]-Tasten Sie können mit den Tasten [▲]/[▼] , [E]/[F], [+]/ [–] und [EXIT] zwischen den Anzeigen umschalten. [▲]/[▼]-Tasten Viele der Anzeigen bestehen aus mehreren Teilen. Benutzen Sie die [▲]/[▼]-Tasten, um alle Anzeigen zu sehen. Den Wert „100“ können Sie z. B. eingeben, indem Sie auf dem Ziffernblock die Tasten [1], [0], und [0] drücken. (Die Parameteranzeige blinkt.) Zum Schluß drücken Sie die Taste [ENTER], um den Wert einzugeben.
Grundlagen Spielen des S03 Spielen von Voices Sie können die Voices der Speichergruppen PRESET, USER und GM/XG beliebig auswählen und spielen, wie folgend erklärt. Zu Einzelheiten über die Voices lesen Sie auf Seite 25. Interner und externer Speicher haben jeweils Platz für bis zu 128 normale Voices und 2 Schlagzeug-Voices.
Grundlagen Die Schlagzeug-Voices werden in anderen Teilen der User- und GM/XG-Speicherbereiche abgelegt. • Aufrufen eines User-Schlagzeug-Speicherplatzes (USDR1/USDR2): Drücken Sie die [USER]-Taste bei gehaltener [DRUM]-Taste. • Aufrufen eines GM/XG-Schlagzeug-Speicherplatzes • Aufrufen eines XG-SFX-Kit-Speicherplatzes Drücken Sie die [GM/XG]-Taste bei gehaltener [DRUM]-Taste. 3Wählen Sie eine Voice aus.
Verwenden der Kategorie-Suche Mit Hilfe der Voice-Kategorie-Suche können Sie Voices innerhalb einer bestimmten Voice-Kategorie schnell finden. Indem Sie z. B. die Voice-Kategorie „PIANO“ wählen, können Sie sofort alle Voices aufrufen, die in die Voice-Kategorie „PF“ (PIANO) fallen. 1 Drücken Sie die Taste [CATEGORY SEARCH] im Voice-Modus. Die LED leuchtet auf und der Quick Access wird aktiviert. Die Speichertasten und der Ziffernblock werden für die Auswahl der Kategorien benutzt.
Grundlagen Oktavtransposition Wenn Sie für eine Voice eine höhere oder niedrigere Tonlage auf der Tastatur wählen möchten, drücken Sie die OCTAVE [UP]-Taste, um die Tonlage um eine Oktave anzuheben, oder die OCTAVE [DOWN]-Taste, um sie um eine Oktave abzusenken. So können Sie eine Tonlageverschiebung um bis zu drei Oktaven einstellen. Die aktuelle Oktaveneinstellung sehen Sie in der linken oberen Ecke des Anzeigefeldes, während Sie die OCTAVE [UP]- oder [DOWN]-Taste gedrückt halten.
Grundlagen Einsatz des Multi-Modus Spielen im Multi-Modus Im Voice-Play-Modus können Sie beliebige Voices auswählen und spielen. Für weitere Einzelheiten über Multis siehe Seite 24. Es können bis zu 32 Multis im USER-Speicher („internal“) abgelegt werden. Diese Multi-Parameter können im Multi-EditModus eingestellt werden (Seite 55). Hier zeigen wir Ihnen nun, wie Sie nach der Auswahl eines Multis mit dem Spielen beginnen.
Grundlagen 3 Nun können Sie auf der Tastatur die Parts des Multis spielen. Wenn der MIDI-Empfangskanal für zwei Parts gleich ist, können diese Parts unisono gespielt werden. Versuchen Sie nun, andere Multis auszuwählen. Wenn Sie eine Voice auf der Tastatur spielen möchten, achten Sie darauf, daß der MIDI-Empfangskanal des Parts dieser Voice mit dem MIDI-Sendekanal der Tastatur übereinstimmt.
4 Mit den Tasten [▲] und [▼] schalten Sie in die Anzeige für die Voice-Auswahl (PAGE 1), und geben Sie dann die Voice an, die Sie für den PianoPart auswählen möchten. Grundlagen 9 Benutzen Sie die Tasten [▲] und [▼], um die Parameter „NtLmt“ (Note Limit) und „VelLmt“ (Velocity Limit) aufzurufen, und prüfen Sie, ob der Part der Piano-Voice richtig eingestellt ist — mit anderen Worten, stellen sie sicher, daß die Notenoder Velocity-Grenzen nicht verhindern, daß die Voice ganz normal gespielt werden kann. Außer in einigen wenigen Fällen sollten Sie Noten- oder Velocity-Grenzen vermeiden, so daß die Noten normal gespielt werden können und nicht abgeschnitten werden.
Die folgende Abbildung zeigt ein Beispiel, bei dem die Tastatur in zwei getrennte Bereiche aufgeteilt wurde, wodurch Sie eine Voice in dem einem Bereich, eine zweite Voice in dem anderen Bereich spielen können. Im folgenden Beispiel ist die Grenze zwischen den Voices auf der Note C3; im unteren Bereich spielen Sie eine Voice mit einem Streicher-Sound und im oberen Bereich eine Voice mit einem Klavier-Sound. Um die Voices auf diese Weise einzustellen, befolgen Sie die nachstehenden Anweisungen.
Grundlagen 9 Schalten Sie mit den Tasten [▲] und [▼] in die „Part Mode“-Anzeige (PAGE 9). Stellen Sie den Parameter auf „norm“ (normal). Wenn Sie die Einstellungen der vorangegangenen Schritte 3 bis 9 nachvollzogen haben, können Sie jetzt die Streicher-Voice des „P1“ (Part 1) auf MIDIEmpfangskanal (RcvCh) Nr. 1 spielen, im Tastaturbereich unterhalb von C3. ) Nehmen Sie die gleichen Einstellungen für den oberen Part (Part 2) vor, genau wie in den Schritten 3 bis 9.
1 Wählen Sie im Multi-Modus das S03-Multi, das Sie senden möchten. 3 Wählen Sie beim Parameter „BlkDmp“ (PAGE 5) im Multi-Job-Modus die gewünschte Datenart für die Übertragung. Grundlagen Benutzung der Spielhilfen (Controller) Der S80 ist mit Pitch Bend- und Modulationsrädern ausgestattet. Wenn Sie ein optionales Fußpedal oder einen Fußschalter anschließen, können Sie viele Parameter (Umschalten von Voices, Programmwechsel usw.) auch mit den Füßen steuern – und haben dadurch die Hände für das Spiel auf der Tastatur frei. Pitch-Bend-Rad Die vorrangige Funktion dieses Reglerrads ist die Pitch- (Tonhöhen-) Steuerung. Rollen Sie das Rad nach oben bzw.
Fußpedal Während des Live-Spiels können Sie das Fußpedal auf der Bühne benutzen, so daß Sie die Hände für Ihr Spiel auf der Tastatur frei haben, und doch alle notwendigen Funktionen steuern können, die Ihr Song bzw. Ihr Part erfordert. Im folgenden Beispiel zeigen wir Ihnen, wie Sie das Fußpedal auf die gleiche Funktion (und somit als Ersatz für) das Modulationsrad programmieren können. 1 Schalten Sie mit der [UTILITY]-Taste in den Utility-Modus.
Grundlagen Fußschalter Eine Reihe von Parametern können Sie über einen an der FOOT SWITCH-Buchse (Seite 10) angeschlossenen Fußschalter (z. B. Yamaha-Zubehör FC4 oder FC5) steuern. Dieser ist für Schaltfunktionen (ein/aus) vorgesehen, wie z. B. Voice- oder Multi-Nummern zu erhöhen oder zu verringern; sie können nicht für die kontinuierliche Steuerung von Parametern benutzt werden. Die Werksvoreinstellung hierfür ist die Steuerung der Haltepedal-Funktion Sustain (FSTxCtlNo = 64).
Der folgende Bedienungsvorgang soll Ihnen die Grundlagen bei der Erzeugung und Bearbeitung von Voices vermitteln. Dies ist natürlich nur ein einfaches Beispiel; es steht Ihnen vollkommen frei, jeden der Parameter nach Belieben anders einzustellen. Einzelheiten zu allen Parametern finden Sie im Referenzteil dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Alle Parametereinstellungen werden mit der betreffenden Voice abgespeichert.
Grundlagen „Common Edit“ und die Bearbeitung einzelner Elemente Umschalten zwischen Anzeigeseiten und Eingeben von Werten. Voices können aus bis zu vier Elementen bestehen (Seite 26). Mit Hilfe von „Common Edit“ (gemeinsame Bearbeitung) können Sie die Parameter bearbeiten, die für alle vier Elemente gemeinsam gelten. Der Voice-Edit-Modus besteht aus der CommonEdit-Anzeige und der Anzeige für die Bearbeitung jedes einzelnen Elements.
Jede Voice besteht aus bis zu vier Elementen. Im Folgenden finden Sie die Parameter erklärt, die allen Elementen gemeinsam sind. ● ALLGEMEIN (Common General) Auf den Seiten PAGE 1 bis 4 können Sie den Namen der Voice, die Ausgangszuordnungen und andere allgemeine Parameter einstellen. 4 Einstellen der ElementParameter ● OSC/MIX (Oscillator/Mix) In diesen Anzeigen stellen Sie hauptsächlich die Parameter ein, die die Wellenformen steuern, auf denen Ihre Voice basiert.
Grundlagen NtLmt-L/H (Notengrenze Unten/Oben) VelLmt-L/H (Velocity-Grenze Unten/Oben) Hier stellen Sie die Notenspanne für jedes Element (den Tastenbereich auf der Tastatur, in dem das Element Töne erzeugt) und den Bereich der Anschlagsempfindlichkeit (den Wertebereich der Velocity, für den dieses Element Töne erzeugt) ein. Jedes Element können Sie mit anderen Einstellungen versehen. Mit diesen Parametern können Sie Elemente schichten („layern“) und ihre Ausgabe steuern.
● AMP ( Amplitude – Lautstärke) Auf den Seiten PAGE 23 bis 31 können Sie nach Anwendung der Parameter OSC (Oscillator), PITCH und FILTER die Lautstärke jedes Elements einstellen sowie die Gesamtlautstärke der Signale an den Ausgängen. Die Signale der einzelnen Elemente werden mit der eingestellten Lautstärke an das nächste Effektmodul übergeben. Mit Hilfe der AEG (AmplitudenHüllkurvengenerator)-Einstellungen können Sie auch den zeitlichen Verlauf der Lautstärkeänderungen vorgeben.
Grundlagen Über EG Rate und Time (Voice-Modus) The EG (Envelope Generator = Hüllkurvengenerator) verarbeitet und formt die Ausgangspegel des Tongenerators vom Augenblick des Tastenanschlags bis zum Loslassen der Taste. Der Pegel (in den folgenden Abbildungen die Y-Achse) bezieht sich jeweils auf verschiedene Aspekte des Klanges, je nachdem, welcher EG benutzt wird. Beim PEG entspricht der Pegel der Tonhöhe. Beim FEG entspricht er der Grenzfrequenz. Beim AEG entspricht er der Lautstärke.
In der letzten Phase der Voice-Programmierung können Sie die Effektparameter einstellen, die den Charakter Ihres Sounds weiter verändern. Normalerweise werden die sogenannten System-Effekte auf den Gesamtklang angewendet, ob dies nun eine Voice oder ein Multi ist. Die Insert-Effekte können hingegen auf jede einzelne Voice angewendet werden. Der S03 besitzt zwei System-Effekteinheiten (Reverb und Chorus) und eine Variation-Effekteinheit (siehe unten).
Grundlagen Voice Effekte im VoiceModus (Feste Einstellung: Hall 1) Reverb Send Reverb (Rev) Variation (Var) Dry/Wet VOICE Im Voice-Modus können Sie die Effect-Send-Parameter für Reverb und Chorus einstellen und diese zusammen mit der Voice speichern. Im Variation-Effekt können der Effekttyp und die verschiedenen Effektparameter eingestellt werden, und für jede Voice kann festgelegt werden, ob der Effekt einoder ausgeschaltet ist.
Referenz Multi Mode Parts ein- und ausschalten In diesem Mode können Sie die Multi Edit-Parameter einstellen. Diese können grob in Common-Parameter, die allgemein („common“) für alle Parts gelten, und Part-spezifische Parameter eingeteilt werden. Bevor Sie den Multi Edit Mode aufrufen können, müssen Sie das zu bearbeitende Multi auswählen (Seite 37). Alle Parameter können für jedes Multi einzeln eingestellt und gespeichert werden. Informationen über die Verwendung des Multi Modes finden Sie auf Seite 37.
Common (Einstellungen für alle Parts) In diesem Abschnitt wird beschrieben, wie die Common-Einstellungen für alle Parts eines Multis bearbeitet werden. Es stehen zwei Arten zur Verfügung, jede davon besteht aus mehreren PAGES. 3. Transpose Bestimmt die Gesamt-Transponierung („Transpose“) der Parts in Halbtonschritten. Die über MIDI übertragenen Informationen werden davon nicht beeinflußt.

Hier können Sie den Send-Pegel des Signals einstellen, das vom Variation Effect an den Reverb-Effekt gesendet wird.

AC1VarCtl (AC1 Variation Effect Control Depth) Hiermit können Sie die Wirkungstiefe („Control Depth“) des Assignable Controllers 1 („AC1“ – zuweisbarer Controller) auf den Variation Effect einstellen. Jeder Part empfängt nur die MIDI-Events des hier für ihn eingestellten MIDI-Kanals. Wählen Sie „off“ (aus) für die Parts, die keine MIDI-Events empfangen sollen. Hiermit wird bestimmt, ob der Part Normal Voices oder Drum Voices verwendet.

24. Var Send (Variation Send) Multi Job Im Multi Job Mode können verschiedene Aufgaben („Jobs“) durchgeführt werden. Sie können beispielsweise Multis initialisieren (sämtliche Parameter auf neutrale Werte setzen) oder Parts kopieren. Bevor Sie den Multi Job Mode aufrufen und die Jobs nutzen, müssen Sie das Multi auswählen, auf das Sie die Jobs anwenden möchten (Seite 37). Multi Mode 1. Init (Initialize) 3. CpyCtl (Copy Controller) Sie können alle Parameter einer Multis auf ihre Standardeinstellungen zurücksetzen („Initialize“ – initialisieren). Multi Store Sie können Ihre eigenen Multis auf bis zu 32 Plätzen im User-Speicher speichern („store“). Gehen Sie dazu folgendermaßen vor: Multi Mode Das Multi, das sich bereits auf dem Speicherplatz befindet, wird durch die Speicherung überschrieben. Voice Mode Voice Edit Ein- und Ausschalten von Elements Es gibt zwei Arten von Voices: Normal Voices und Drum Voices. Es folgt eine Erklärung der Parameter, die zur Bearbeitung beider Voice-Arten verwendet werden können. Anhang Über MIDI MIDI ist eine Abkürzung und steht für Musical Instrument Digital Interface (Digitale Schnittstelle für Musikinstrumente). Über diese Schnittstelle können elektronische Musikinstrumente untereinander kommunizieren, indem sie kompatible Noten, Steueränderungen, Programmwechsel sowie verschiedene andere MIDI-Datentypen oder Nachrichten senden und empfangen. Mit dem S03 können Sie ein MIDI-Gerät durch die Übertragung von Noten- sowie bestimmten Typen von Steuerdaten steuern.
MIDI-Meldungen, die vom S03 gesendet und empfangen werden MIDI-Nachrichten können in zwei Gruppen eingeteilt werden: Kanalnachrichten und Systemnachrichten. Nachfolgend finden Sie eine Erklärung der verschiedenen MIDI-Nachrichtentypen, die Sie mit dem S03 senden und empfangen können. Nachrichten zum Steuern der Dauer des Portamento oder zur kontinuierlichen Tonhöhen-Änderung zwischen zwei aufeinander folgenden Noten.
Harmonischer Inhalt (Steuercode 071) Nachrichten, die die Filterresonanz für die einzelnen Voices einstellen. Der hier eingestellte Wert ist ein Korrekturwert, der zu den Voice-Daten hinzuaddiert oder subtrahiert wird. Höhere Werte erzeugen einen charakteristischeren resonanten Sound. Bei einigen Voices ist der tatsächlich wirksame Bereich schmaler als der zur Verfügung stehende einstellbare Bereich.
RPN (Registered Parameter Number)LSB (Steuercode 100) RPN (Registered Parameter Number)MSB (Steuercode 101) Nachrichten, die für einen Part die Werte der Pitchbending-Empfindlichkeit, Abstimmung oder andere Parametereinstellungen um einen bestimmten Wert verschieben, addieren oder subtrahieren. Senden Sie zunerst die RPN MSB und RPN LSB, um den Parameter festzulegen, der verändert werden soll.
SYSTEM-MELDUNGEN System-Nachrichten bestehen aus Daten, die das Gesamtsystem des Instruments beeinflussen. ■ Systemexklusive Nachrichten Die Systemexklusiven Nachrichten steuern verschiedene Funktionen am S03, einschließlich Gesamtlautstärke und -abstimmung, Tongenerator-Modus, Effekttyp und verschiedene andere Parameter. Allgemeiner MIDI-Modus Ein Sobald die Nachricht „Allgemeiner MIDI-Modus Ein“ empfangen wird, wechselt der Klangerzeuger in den XGModus.
Display-Meldungen Meldung Bedeutung Bulk Tx... ...................MIDI Bulk-Daten werden gesendet (englisch: „Transmit„). Bulk Rx... ...................MIDI Bulk-Daten werden empfangen (englisch: „Receive„). Executing ..................Der Vorgang wird ausgeführt. Completed!.................Der Vorgang ist vollständig ausgeführt worden. !Buff Full....................Die MIDI-Daten konnten nicht verarbeitet werden, weil zu viele Daten gleichzeitig empfangen wurden („Buffer Full„ – Zwischenspeicher voll).
Fehlerbehebung Die folgende Tabelle bietet Hinweise und Verweise auf Seiten dieser Bedienungsanleitung, die Ihnen bei der Behebung häufig auftretender Probleme hilfreich sein können. Die meisten Probleme beruhen einfach nur auf fehlerhaften Einstellungen. Bevor Sie also den Kundendienst anrufen, lesen Sie die folgenden Hinweise zur Fehlerbehebung, um die Ursache des Problems möglicherweise selbst zu erkennen.
Relevante Systemparameter des S03 (UTILITY oder MIDI) ● Sind die MIDI-Empfangskanäle korrekt eingestellt? (Seiten 61 und 94) ● Ist vielleicht der Local Switch auf „off“ gestellt? (Seite 93) ● Ist der HOST SELECT-Schalter (Seite 10) korrekt eingestellt? (Seiten 12 bis 14) ● Ist eventuell der Demo Mode (Seite 16) oder die Compare-Funktion (Seiten 55 und 70) aktiv? Wenn der Demo Mode oder die Compare-Funktion aktiv sind, werden empfangene MIDI-Events nicht verarbeitet.
Der Ton ist unruhig und es treten Unterbrechungen auf. ● Wird die maximale Polyphonie überschritten? (Seite 18) Es wird jeweils nur eine Note zur Zeit ausgegeben. ● Ist der Parameter Mono/Poly auf „mono“ gestellt? (Seiten 61 und 71) Es werden keine Effekte angewendet.
Es können keine Bulk-Daten empfangen werden. ● Falls Sie den S03 Voice Editor nutzen: Haben Sie ein ausreichendes Dump Interval eingestellt? Das Dump Interval muß im Setup-Dialog des Voice Editors auf 10ms oder höher eingestellt werden. ● Ist die Device Number korrekt eingestellt? Wenn Sie mit der Bulk Dump-Funktion des S03 Daten empfangen möchten, müssen Sie den S03 auf die gleiche Device Number stellen, für die die gesendeten Daten gedacht sind.
