Playing the Keyboard in the Voice mode
4 Move the cursor to “Effect” then press the
[ENTER] button.
The Voice Edit Effect display appears.
NOTE
When the Arpeggio/Effect Function is set to “EFFECT ON/
OFF,” the Voice Edit Effect display can be called up also by
holding the [SHIFT] button and pressing the [INS] button
simultaneously.
5 Move the cursor to “Ins A” then press the
[ENTER] button.
The parameters of the current Effect are shown.
6 Move the cursor to “Category” then select
the Category by using the data dial.
7 Move the cursor to “Type” then select the
Effect Type by using the data dial.
8 Move the cursor to “Preset” then select the
Preset by using the data dial.
The Preset includes the typical settings of parameters for the
currently selected Effect Type. Try out several Presets so that
you can find how each Effect affects the sound.
9 If desired, set each of the parameters.
Try narrowing in on your desired sound by finely editing the
parameters provided for each Effect Type.
10 After setting the parameters, press the
[STORE] button to store your settings as a
User Voice.
If you edit the preset Voice, your editing will be stored as a
User Voice.
11 Select the destination memory by using the
data dial, press the [ENTER] button to call
up the confirmation message, then press
the [ENTER] button again.
NOTE Perform the same operations as above if you want to edit the
Insertion B Effect.
