Menus in the main panel window
[File] menu
[View] menu
Command Operation
New Creates a new project (page 12). This cannot be selected when online.
Open... Opens a saved project (page 14). This cannot be selected when online.
Save Saves (overwrites) onto the existing project (page 13).
Save As... Saves the project to a different folder (page 13).
Preferences... Opens the “Preferences” dialog box (page 39).
Recently used projects Lists projects that were saved recently. You can open a project by clicking its
project name. This cannot be selected when online.
Exit Quits Amp Editor.
Command Operation
Tree Shows or hides the Tree View window (page 102).
Custom Control Panel Clicking this will display a popup menu from which you can select a custom control
panel (page 179). By selecting [New Custom Control Panel] or [System View Cre-
ator] you can create a new custom control panel (page 180). A screen you created
using the “System View Creator” dialog box can also be shown as a custom control
panel.
Event Log Shows or hides the “Event Log” dialog box (page 43).
Device Information Shows or hides the “Device Information” dialog box (page 49).
