Using the Display Scrolling Using the Display On screens with scroll bars, sliding the screen up/down or left/right opens the next screen. Swiping it allows you to scroll quickly. The display is operated by directly touching the screen. The [TOUCH AND TURN] knob can also be used for making fine adjustments of parameters. It can be operated via touch/double-touch, as well as sliding, swiping and pinching in/out.
Operating Parameters with the [TOUCH AND TURN] Knob As shown in the following figure, touch the desired parameter to select it (a) and then operate it with the [TOUCH AND TURN] knob (b). A pink frame appears on the selected parameter. [TOUCH AND TURN] Knob Setting the Internal Clock The method for making time and date settings for the internal clock of the DM Series and the display method for date and time are explained below.
Returning to Factory Settings (Initialization) The following procedures allows you to return the system to its state when shipped from the factory. NOTE All the data saved on the machine is lost when it is restored to its factory settings, so consider it carefully before doing so. 1 Turn the power on while pressing the [HOME] key . 2 Once the maintenance screen opens, press the Initialize All Memories button. This returns the system to the factory settings.
