e Threshold
Specifies the maximum output threshold value.
r Detection Time (TXn only)
Specifies the time during which points exceeding the threshold value will be counted.
t Count (TXn only)
Specifies the number of times that a point exceeding the threshold value must be counted in order to trigger an
alert.
y Thermal
Specifies the upper threshold value for the temperature of the amplifier section.
“Calibration by Program Source” dialog box
Using an audio signal (Program Source) other than a pilot tone, this measures the impedance value of the
speaker connected to each channel, and sets the Impedance Max and Impedance Min parameters of “Output
Alert” tab accordingly.
To complete measurement, it takes about ten seconds.
Depending on the character of the Program Source, it may be not properly measured.
If the Program Source level is low, it may be not properly measured.
If the output level is lowered by the attenuator, it may be not properly measured.
q [Calibration Start] button
Click this button to start measuring the impedance value of speakers connected to each channel.
w Result
Indicates the detected impedance values and recommended threshold values.
e [OK] button
Based on the currently displayed impedance, this sets the “Impedance Max” and “Impedance Min” values for
the corresponding Speaker Output of the “Output Alert” tab.
Impedance Max : Double the value of the detected impedance
Impedance Min : Half the value of the detected impedance
