WARNING
Always follow the basic precautions listed below to avoid
the possibility of serious injury or even death from electrical

Do not open
• Thisinstrumentcontainsnouser-serviceableparts.Donotopen
theinstrumentorattempttodisassembleormodifytheinternal
componentsinanyway.Ifitshouldappeartobemalfunctioning,
discontinueuseimmediatelyandhaveitinspectedbyqualified

Water warning
• Donotexposetheinstrumenttorain,useitnearwaterorindamp
orwetconditions,placeonitanycontainers(suchasvases,bottles
orglasses)containingliquidswhichmightspillintoanyopenings.
Ifanyliquidsuchaswaterseepsintotheinstrument,turnoffthe
powerimmediatelyandunplugthepowercordfromtheACoutlet.
ThenhavetheinstrumentinspectedbyqualifiedYamahaservice
personnel.

Connection

• Besuretosetthevolumesofallcomponentsattheirminimum
levelsandgraduallyraisethevolumecontrolswhileplayingthe
instrumenttosetthedesiredlisteninglevel.
Location
• Donotplacetheinstrumentinanunstablepositionwhereitmight
accidentallyfallover.
Handling caution
•
Donotrestyourweighton,orplaceheavyobjectsontheinstrument,
anddonotuseexcessiveforceonthebuttons,switchesorconnectors.
Yamahacannotbeheldresponsiblefordamagecausedbyimproperuseormodificationstotheinstrument,ordatathatislostordestroyed.
