POWER button
Turns the digital piano on and off.

PIANO button
[For upright pianos]
Switches the voice of the digital piano to the Piano
voice.
QUIET button
[For grand pianos]
Activates the Silent Piano™ function (page 11).

REC button
Places the instrument in record standby mode.

STOP button
Stops playback.

PLAY/PAUSE button
Starts and pauses playback.

+/YES and –/NO buttons
Select songs, voices, and parameters, or set values of
various settings.

FUNC. button
Switches the function. The function will be switched as
follows each time you press this button.

Function indicators
Show the selected function.

Display
Shows the voice number, song number, or values of
various settings.

USB port
Connect the USB storage device (page 36).

PHONES jacks (stereo mini jack)
You can connect two stereo headphones, allowing you
to share your playing with another person.

VOLUME knob
Adjusts the volume for headphones, the OUTPUT jacks
(only for grand piano), and the AUX OUT jack (page
11).
