The sound bar does not function correctly
l The internal microcomputer is frozen due to an external electric shock (such as lightning or
excessive static electricity) or to a drop in the power supply voltage.
– Press the Reset button on the rear of the sound bar for at least 10 seconds to force the sound bar to
turn off. Wait for at least 10 seconds, then turn on the sound bar again.
