- Check the following first when any problem occurs
- When a problem occurs: Power or overall functionality
- The power turns off suddenly
- The power cannot be turned on
- No operations can be performed from the sound bar’s controls
- All indicators are off although the power is on (the power appears to be off)
- The sound bar does not function correctly
- The sound bar turns on by itself
- The sound bar cannot be controlled with the remote control
- The sound bar cannot be controlled using the TV’s remote control
- When a problem occurs: Audio

NOTE

To activate the Audio Return Channel (ARC), enable the HDMI Control function of the sound bar. (The function is enabled by
default.)

Use a 19-pin HDMI cable with the HDMI logo printed on it.

Use a cable that is as short as possible to prevent any degradation in signal quality.

Connect an AV device (such as a set top box) to the TV.
