The sound bar cannot be controlled with the remote control
l The sound bar is out of the operating range.
Use the remote control within the operating range.

l The battery has run out.
Replace the battery with a new one.

l The remote control sensor of the sound bar is exposed to direct sunlight or strong lighting.
Adjust the lighting angle or reposition the sound bar.
