1 [P] (Standby/On) switch,
[P] (Standby/On) indicator
The indicator lights green when this switch is turned on.
If the protection circuit is activated, the indicator will
flash rapidly and the speaker output will be muted.
If the protection circuit is activated, do one of the
following:
Turn off the power to the unit and then turn it on again.
Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet or from
the unit, and then connect it again.
Wait until the temperature of the unit drops.
If the protection circuit is not deactivated, please contact
your Yamaha dealer.
NOTICE
Even when the power switch is turned off, a minimal
amount of electric current is still flowing to the unit. If you
plan not to use the unit for an extended period of time, be
sure to unplug the power cord from the AC outlet.
Rapidly powering the unit on and off in succession may
cause it to malfunction. After turning the power off, wait
for about five seconds before turning it on again.
When you turn on the power to all connected devices, be
sure to first turn on the power to the external sound
source, then to this product, and finally to the device that
is connected to the OUTPUT [MONITOR/LINK] jack. When
you turn off the power to all devices, follow this order in
reverse.
If the unit is battery-powered and has not been used for
more than 30 minutes, the power to the unit will be
automatically turned off. One minute before the power to
the unit is turned off, the [P] (Standby/On) indicator will
flash.
