[Description]
Sets the priority for selecting the designated router (DR).
The device with the highest priority in the OSPF network is selected as the designated router.
If there are multiple devices that have the same priority, the designated router is selected by router ID.
If the priority is specified as 0, the device will not be selected as the designed router.
[Note]
This command cannot be used if the stack function is enabled.
