If Hello Holdtime is less than Hello Period as a result of the Hello Period setting value being changed with this command, Hello
Holdtime will be updated to (Hello Period x 3.5) seconds.
[Example]
This sets the Hello message transmission interval to 20 seconds.

8.4.3 Set Hello message timeout
[Syntax]
ip pim hello-holdtime time
no ip pim hello-holdtime
[Parameter]
time : <1-65535> ( seconds )

[Description]
Sets the timeout interval for Hello messages received on applicable interfaces where PIM-SM and PIM-DM are enabled.
If this command is executed with the "no" syntax, the setting returns to the default.
The default value is (Hello Period x 3.5). When the Hello Period Is at the default value of 30 seconds, the Hello Holdtime
default value will be 105 seconds.
[Note]
The Hello Period value can be changed using the ip pim hello-interval command.
When the Hello Holdtime is less than the Hello Period due to having changed the Hello Period setting, this will be updated to
(Hello Period x 3.5).
[Example]
Set the Hello message timeout period to 120 seconds.
SWX3220(config)#interface vlan2
SWX3220(config-if)#ip pim hello-holdtime 120
8.4.4 Set PIM neighbor filter

ip pim_neighbor-filter listnum
no ip_pim_neighbor-filter listnum

[Description]
By applying the IPv4 access list on an applicable interface where PIM-SM and PIM-DM are enabled, this prevents a
neighboring relationship to be formed with a specific PIM router.
If this command is executed with the "no" syntax, the PIM neighbor filter setting is deleted.
