Register default route (0.0.0.0/0) in RIP routing table.
If "always" is not specified, the default route is registered in the RIP routing table only when that default route is held.
If "always" is specified, the default route is registered in the RIP routing table even if the default route is not held.
"always" can be specified only in RIP mode.
7.13.4 Set default metric value when redistributing external route in RIP

metric : Metric value (for RIP mode : 1 .. 15, for RIPng mode : 1 .. 16)

If a metric value has been specified by the redistribute command, the setting of the redistribute command takes priority.
