[Description]
Filters the route information between the RIB and RIP routing table.
Specify the "in" direction if, within the route information received in the RIP packet, you want to filter routes that are not
registered in the RIB.
Specify the "out" direction if you want to filter so that of the route information registered in the RIB, the specified route is not
advertised by RIP.
7.13.7 Set neighbor RIP router

RIP mode, RIPng mode
[Description]
Explicitly specifies the neighbor RIP router. RIP packets for the specified RIP router are transmitted as unicast.
The vlan_interface parameter can be selected only in RIPng mode.
If this command is set, both unicast communication and multicast communication is performed to the specified IP address.
If you want to configure RIPng only with the neighbor specified by this command, you can use the passive-interface command
to stop RIP packet transmission as multicast.
