[Description]
Specifies a network address advertised by RIP or the VLAN interface that is associated with that network address.
RIP advertises the network that is included in the network address range specified in the direct route.
7.13.9 Offset metric value for route information matching the access list

[Description]
Adds an offset metric value for route information that matches the specified access list.
If this is specified with the "in" direction, the specified metric value is added when registering from the RIP routing table to the
RIB.
If this is specified with the "out" direction, the specified metric value is added to the advertisement when the route information
registered to the RIB is advertised by RIP.
If VLAN interface is specified, this applies only to the route information that is transmitted and received on that VLAN
interface.
