Sets the term in which a key received for use in RIPv2 authentication is accepted as valid.
[Example]
Create a key chain named "KeyName" and specify the password "yamaha" for key number 100.
Set this key's term of validity to be from April 1, 2020 at 12:00:00 until March 31, 2025 at 11:59:59.
