7. Straighten the lock washer tab.

8. Loosen:

While holding the clutch boss

sal clutch holder

, loosen the clutch boss nut.

NOTE:

Loosen the clutch shoe housing nut while hold-

ing the generator rotor

with the sheave

holder

Do not allow the sheave holder to touch the

projection on the generator rotor.
