Remove the bearing from the outside of the

water pump housing.

CHECKING THE WATER PUMP

1. Check:

water pump housing cover

9

water pump housing

9

impeller

9

rubber damper

9

rubber damper holder

9

water pump seal

9

oil seal

Cracks/damage/wear

→

Replace.

4. Remove:

9

water pump seal

NOTE:

Remove the water pump seal from the inside of

the water pump housing.

2. Check:

9

bearing

Rough movement

→

Replace.

2. Remove:

9

plate

NOTE:

Slide the plate as shown, and then remove the

plate from the water pump housing.
