Avoid spilling fuel on the hot engine.
1. Remove:

battery
9
seat assembly with battery box
2. Remove:
9
starter relay
1
(T135SE)
3. Remove:
9
positive lead
1
(from the battery box)
1
1
4. Remove:
9
negative lead
(from the frame)
5. Loosen:
9
rear cowling (left)
