ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE CABLE FREE PLAY

throttle cable free play

a. Pull back the adjusting nut cover.
b. Loosen the locknut

c. Turn the adjusting nut

in direction

or
b
until the specified throttle cable free play
is obtained.
d. Tighten the locknut.
e. Slide the adjusting nut cover to its original
position.

After adjusting the throttle cable free play,
start the engine and turn the handlebar to
the right or left to ensure that this does not
cause the engine idling speed to change.

a. Loosen the locknut

erator pump lever with projection

: within ±1mm)
c. Tighten the locknut.
