Um die Funktionen des TX6n/TX5n/TX4n (TXn) im vollen Umfang nutzen und das Gerät störungsfrei einsetzen zu können, lesen Sie bitte vor seiner Inbetriebnahme diese Bedienungsanleitung. Bewahren Sie sie anschließend an einem sicheren Ort auf, um gegebenenfalls später darauf zurückgreifen zu können.
Firmware-Updates Die Firmware-Version des TXn kann über das Bedienfeld des TXn und über Amp Editor ermittelt werden. Mit Hilfe von Amp Editor können Sie die Firmware aktualisieren. Einzelheiten zum Update-Vorgang finden Sie im Bedienungsanleitung zu Amp Editor. Grundlagen der Bedienung des TXn Bedienfeld Encoder B Funktionstasten Encoder A Aufbau des Displays [EXIT]-Taste [ENTER]-Taste [HOME]-Taste Einstellen des Attenuators Zeigt eine Alarmmeldung an, wenn ein Problem auftritt oder ein vom Benutzer definiertes Ereignis eintritt. Wenn im Display der Attenuator zu sehen ist (z. B. in den Bildschirmen HOME und METER), können Sie mit den Encodern A und B die Dämpfung des jeweiligen Kanals einstellen.

Audio-E/A-Einstellungen Der TXn kann in einem von drei Audio-Eingangs-/Ausgangs-Modi verwendet werden: Stereo-Modus, ParallelModus oder Bridge-Modus (gebrückt). Nehmen Sie die Audio-Eingangs-/Ausgangsverbindungen und Einstellungen wie folgt vor. HINWEIS • Mit den werkseitigen Voreinstellungen werden analoge und (über Karten-Slot empfangene) digitale Signale gleichzeitig empfangen, gemischt und gemeinsam ausgegeben. Diese Einstellung kann vom Bedienfeld des TXn aus oder über Amp Editor geändert werden.
Audio-E/A-Einstellungen Bridge-Modus (Brückenschaltung) Der Verstärker wird als Mono-Hochleistungsverstärker verwendet, wobei das Eingangssignal von Kanal A (analog) oder Kanal 1 (digital) als Quelle dient. 5-Way-Schraubklemmenanschlüsse 2. Setzen Sie den Cursor (den blinkenden Rahmen) mit Encoder A auf „General“ (Allgemein), und drücken Sie die [ENTER]-Taste. 3. Rufen Sie über die Funktionstasten (PREV/ NEXT) den Bildschirm „Stereo/Bridge/Parallel“ auf.
Verkabelung der [SPEAKERS]-Buchsen Schalten Sie den POWER-Schalter aus, bevor Sie externe Geräte an das TXn anschließen. 5-Way-Schraubklemmenanschlüsse Ohne Stecker Entfernen Sie vom Ende jedes Lautsprecherkabels circa 13 mm der Isolierung, und führen Sie die blanke Ader durch das Loch der entsprechenden Lautsprecherbuchse. Ziehen Sie die Klemmen fest an, bis die Adern sicher festsitzen. Achten Sie stets darauf, dass die blanken Kabelenden nicht aus den Buchsen hervortreten und das Gehäuse berühren.
Beispiel für Netzwerkverbindung Wenn Sie den [NETWORK]-Anschluss von TXn-Einheiten über ein Ethernetkabel mit einem Computer verbinden, können Sie die TXn-Einheiten mit Hilfe von Amp Editor überwachen/steuern. Computer und sonstige Geräte mitgerechnet, können bis zu 253 Einheiten in einem einzigen Netzwerk miteinander verbunden werden. Nehmen Sie die korrekten Einstellungen für die AudioEingangsbuchse und die Lautsprecherausgangsbuchse vor. Die Einstellung für Gain (Verstärkung) oder Attenuator (Abschwächung) hat sich verringert. Gain wird im MENU-Bildschirm → General → Sensitivity/Amp Gain eingestellt. Der Attenuator wird durch Drehen des Encoders im HOME-Bildschirm eingestellt.
