SOLO mode effectively operates in addition to Cue mode. When a channel is
Soloed, it is also Cued.
If Remote mode and SOLO mode are both active, StageMix will control the
Cue B Bus and Solos will be accessible from the console only.
If SOLO mode is used along with Dual Cue Channel Mode, the [SOLO]
buttons will also include A and B indicators to identify their Cue bus
assignments.
