FRONT WHEEL AND BRAKE

INSTALLING THE FRONT WHEEL
1. Lubricate:
8wheel axle
8wheel bearings
8oil seal lips
8speedometer drive gear
8speedometer driven gear
Recommended lubricant
Lithium-soap-based grease
2. Install:
8front wheel1
NOTE:
Make sure the slot® in the brake shoe plate fits
over the stopper® on the outer tube.
3. Tighten:
8 wheel axle nut
XI 48 Nm (4.8 m * kg, 34.7 ft * lb)
Make sure the brake cable is routed properly.

Before tightening the wheel axle nut, push
down hard on the handlebar several times
and check if the front fork rebounds
smoothly.
