REMOVING THE LOWER BRACKET
1. Stand the scooter on a level surface.

Securely support the scooter so that there
is no danger of it falling over.
2 . Remove:
8handlebar bracket1
NOTE:
Remove the handlebar bracket by loosening the
ring nut2 gradually.
3. Remove:
8ring nut 1
(with the ring nut wrench 2)

4 . Remove:
8upper bearing inner race1
(with the steering nut wrench2)
Steering nut wrench

Securely support the lower bracket3 so that
there is no danger of it falling.
